Dr. Sukhjit Gill
For many patients, walking into a dental office comes with anxiety, uncertainty, or even embarrassment about the condition of their teeth. Dr. Gill understands that deeply—and has shaped this practice around one core belief: every patient deserves to feel safe, heard, and respected. Dr. Gill is known not just for clinical excellence, but for a calm, steady presence that helps patients feel at ease. Whether someone is coming in for routine care or a life-changing full-arch implant transformation, the approach is the same—thoughtful planning, clear communication, and treatment delivered with precision and compassion.
Dr. Gill is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry, and has continued to pursue advanced education far beyond dental school. He is a graduate of the Kois Center—widely regarded as one of the most advanced dental teaching centers in the world—where he refined his expertise in evidence-based restorative and implant dentistry. He has trained internationally with leaders such as Snjezana Pohl and Fouad Khoury, focusing on advanced implant reconstruction and bone grafting techniques designed for long-term stability and natural results. Dr. Gill has published in the following competitive and peer-reviewed journals: Journal of American Dental Association (JADA), Journal of Dental Education (JDE), and Journal of Ethics in Biology, Engineering and Medicine.
Dr. Gill is certified in IV and oral conscious (pill) sedation, allowing anxious patients to receive care comfortably and without fear. Additionally, he is credentialed in the Pinhole® Surgical Technique for minimally invasive gum rejuvenation and has extensive training in advanced digital technology and 3D surgical planning. His implant procedures—particularly full-arch cases—are designed using modern digital workflows to maximize precision, safety, and predictability. Dr. Gill holds certification in Yomi Robotic Implant Surgery. From advanced diagnostics and surgical placement to restoration and final smile delivery, patients receive everything from start to finish under one roof. This continuity allows for greater control, efficiency, and a seamless experience without being referred from office to office.
He completes over 250 hours of continuing education each year to stay at the forefront of dentistry. Dr. Gill is currently a candidate for Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD)—a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of dentists nationwide and requiring over 1,000 hours of continuing education across multiple disciplines. He is also a candidate for Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI), reflecting his dedication to advanced implant excellence.
Beyond credentials and advanced training, what patients consistently notice most is how they feel in his care: Comfortable. Understood. Informed. Every treatment plan is built thoughtfully, every question is welcomed, and every decision is made collaboratively. Rebuilding a smile—especially when it involves implants or complex restorative treatment—is deeply personal. Dr. Gill and his team are honored to provide care that restores not only oral health, but confidence, self-esteem, and peace of mind for patients throughout the Stanislaus and surrounding communities.
